How much does a custom website cost?+
Starter sites begin at $2,500, Growth sites at $6,000, and custom builds (e-commerce, portals, internal apps) at $12,000. You get a fixed price after a short call, so you know the full cost before we start. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
How does the money-back guarantee work?+
We build your site and host it on our servers first. You get a private link to the finished site and 14 days to review it and share it with your team. Love it, and you pay the balance and we hand over the code, the domain, and full ownership. If it is not right after we have had a fair chance to fix it, you get a full refund. You never pay for a site you are not proud of.
How long does it take to build?+
Fast. Most Starter sites go live within a few days, and a simple site can launch in as little as a couple of days. Growth sites take about a week, and larger e-commerce stores or custom apps take a few weeks depending on scope. You get a firm timeline before the project starts and regular check-ins throughout.
Do I own my website and the code?+
Yes. Once you approve the site and pay the balance, everything transfers to you: the code, the domain, and the accounts. There is no lock-in. You can host it yourself or keep us on a care plan, whichever you prefer.
What is an internal application and do I need one?+
An internal application is custom software your team uses to run the business: dashboards, order management, client portals, and similar tools. You probably need one if your team lives in spreadsheets, copies data between tools, or loses hours to manual entry. We build apps that replace those workflows.
Do you only build new sites or can you fix an existing one?+
Both. We frequently take over existing websites that are slow, outdated, or hard to update, and either rebuild them or do a targeted refresh. Send us your current site and we will tell you whether a rebuild or a refresh makes more sense.
Will I be able to update the website myself?+
Yes. Most of our sites include a content editor so you can change copy, add posts, and swap images without calling us. We train you on it before launch. Prefer to hand that off entirely? Put us on a care plan and we handle the updates for you.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?+
Yes. Every project includes post-launch support, and our care plans start at $99 a month for hosting, security updates, backups, and content changes. Higher tiers add new features, performance reports, and same-day response. Response times are within 24 hours, any day of the week.
Where are you based and do you work with clients remotely?+
We are remote-first and work with clients worldwide. Most communication happens over email, video calls, and shared project tools. Time zones are rarely a problem because we run projects around weekly check-ins rather than real-time availability.
